Treebo Olive Inn Near BKC

Close location to us embassy.

Staff was rude. Declined parking initially even though booking says parking included. Room was smelling with cigarette smoke. Hair on the bed. Bathroom was bot clean.

Parking is not available. Breakfast (complementary) do not have choice& quality. Support services for travel not available.

Space within room. It is conjusted

Room were clean and staff was helpful

Breakfast quality was not good

The property claims to be couple friendly, but didn’t allow us to stay, since we were unmarried.

The room was good and clean etc. Easy to find.

The food from the room service was terrible!!!!Ordered vegetable Biryani and it was a vegetable curry in a plastic dish with white rice thrown on top. It was just spicy hot and little flavour. Also ordered a fresh lime soda and this had black things floating in it. I took one sip and thru it out. At the bottom of the cup, it had a dirty sediment. Also the staff to handle bags on check out don't exist

NA

We reached there at 4 am in the morning to check in, and the staff asked us to leave and find other accommodations because they don't allow unmarried couples, even after telling the that we are engaged

Good accomodation in a bad location

Menu and preparation of food could be better

Disappointing

No/minimal ventilation in rooms. Too small rooms for the exorbitant fees that they charge. Locality is not that good.

Poor property with bad response rate. They can cancel your booking even 10 min before you reach. It is school

Location is great, close to Business District of BKC.

Surrounding area though is not great. I paid upfront in advance and requested a queen bed, and was given single beds. No toiletries provided, except handwaah.

Clean and neat, good service.

Parking facility was poor, as only one vehicle could enter or exit at a time.Location was not great.

They didn’t let us check in and the manager was too rude.

The manager told us that couples are not allowed and he did not let us checkin

Excellent amenities and cordial staff. Rooms are good. Breakfast palatable. Lot of food options around

Near to the visa stamping centre and near to pheonix mall

ALL Linings should be CHANGED for every new guest check in

Clean, comfortable place to stay with friendly, helpful staff.

The noisy surrounding and the view from the window

Very poor

Lack of facilities. Electricity failure in the mid night. No power backup. Lift was not working half of the time. Breakfast spread was not good

Overall poor to fair.

No wifi. No prompt response from staff. No lunch and dinner facility.

Very good and prompt service

Location of hotel and breakfast needs improvement
